Ceny oderwane od rzeczywistości, asortyment może nie jest największy, ale można znaleźć ciekawe okazy. Niestety ceny odstraszają. Poza tym jak to Duty Free Shop mało miejsca, mnóstwo klientów, ale obsługa pomocna.

VELICE NEPRIJEMNE PRODAVACKY. Vlastnetam jsou jen na okrasu. Vetsina testeru ne prazdnych nebo nefunkcnich. Po upozorneni ze chci parfem vyzkouset a ze nenimozne pouzit tester Vam jednoduse sdeli ze uz dosel. To nepochopis. Po privolani manazerky nepomohlo ani vysvetleni ze jsem zakaznim a ze chci koupit vetsi mnozstvi parfemu. Proste tupci. Nic se nedelo, zadnypohyb nebo zlepseni. Sel jsem ke konkurenci . Tady nekupujte nic. Hrozny.

It was the worst customer service ever. The girl at the cash desk was rude, hurrying everyone and tried to force us into using our own currency at bank card payment (although it has to be voluntary - either your currency or EUR). PLUS they have super dusty shelves and the products are all covered with dust. Clean up the products and arrange them!!!

Aftershave and booze same price as supermarkets. Cigarettes however much cheaper.

Bardzo drogo i niewielki asortyment. Chciałam kupić do kolekcji małą buteleczkę, jednak wybór był bardzo słaby i nie było nic bułgarskiego . A szkoda. Kupiłam jedynie wodę mineralną. Na plus- miła ekspedientka.

Tragedia, ceny odjechane jakby ktoś z konia spadł, jeszcze gorszy wybór lokalnego asortymentu. Szkoda bo tutejsze sklepy miały bardzo bogaty wybor Bułgaskich rzeczy.

Just a heads up for UK travellers. Cigarettes are much more expensive than you can get at any supermarket/store wherever you may stay. They have set up a new rate which is not what you see when you arrive. That is only if you are flying to the EU.Also in general the alcohol prices are higher than you will be able to get in a supermarket.Otherwise a pretty tough customer experience, will have to put it down to them being busy I guess.**To add following your reply for which I of course appreciate, cigarettes and alcohol are exactly the same as those available a lot cheaper elsewhere. Both are certified by the relevant authorities and labelled. Yes you are still cheaper than in the Uk. You are though almost twice as much as any store elsewhere and people may rely on buying their allowance at the airport. I am merely advising them that this store is a lot more expensive than other easier options. Cheers.
