Not great work, extra price at checkout.I came in a week ago with my acoustic guitar for fixing. It required a setup and a fret sanding / shaping. He said it will cost 150, when I ask what for he rudely explained the process and the prices of a full setup, sanding, recrowning and polishing of the frets, and new strings.I asked how much are the strings and if they could be dudcted as i have my own.Fast forward to today, i went to the shop to find out that the electric outlet is loose. This is a thing that should be fixed after removing the old strings. To fix it will take until next week (its 5 seconds with the right tool, 10 minutes at most if you take off the strings), which is a lot of time after a week of waiting already.The price magically went up to 157 lev without the strings, with different pricing and 15 for restringing the guitar. A full setup includes a restring, otherwise one can not setup a guitar. Now idea where the other 15-20 lev went.When confronted, he said that its my problem I didnt mention it, and he thought maybe I liked it this way. Performing a proper checkup was probably not part of the price offer. When confronted about the price he told me that if I didnt like the job I should go to someone else. I definitely will go somewhere else with my guitars, although the fret job is great. I cant trust a luthier that cant do a proper checkup or give a call when something is not according to plan.Im giving 2 stars because the initial price seems fair to me, the fretwork is great, and mainly because I can solve the rest on my own.Edit:I reduced the score to 1 star as there is still some buzzing remaining on 2 areas of the fretboard although the action was raised twofold. When I will lower it again to fit my playing, the guitar will very likely need a better fret work.
