There was a mixup when I checked in, so they had me change rooms just after I had started unpacking, which was inconvenient. Ivan the cleaning guy (and jack of all trades) was great - friendly, competent, and customer focused. It's a budget accommodation, so there were a few issues that would be annoying to high-maintenance travelers. For example, the shared bathroom (which includes the shower) was less than 2m x 2m.
