Mitko has been in the jewelry business for many years, he's completely dedicated to his craft and it shows. He is incredibly skilled and has passed on his gift to his family members who also work with him and offer the same wonderful customer service. He fixed not one, but several of my necklaces and I am so appreciative to his attention to detail. You can't tell my necklaces ever had work done. Some were broken, others needed shortening. His fees are very reasonable and he's also just a really nice down to earth genuine guy. There are many jewelry repair stores to choose from, but I have no need to go anywhere else.
