Everything excellent. I rented skis and boots for full season and am so happy with my experience. Booking was simple, equipment great, super flexible for upgrades and changes, great instructors. But most impressive is the staff who went above and beyond expectations. Always kind, friendly and helpful, especially when I was so anxious at the beginning. I actually looked forward to going to Tsakiris in the mornings. I would give them 10stars if I could.

Boots stank of the urine of 100 goats. My car and the night at a hotel were poisoned by them. Ha-ha.The boots were hopelessly wet. I realized it on the top of a lift. It was confirmed at an evening check. Disgusting.There were no insoles in the boots. Is this right for ski boots?I'm a beginner, I'm paying mostly for provided knowledge and experience.Is it your business to eliminate such the things?You guys are great. But work on it, please.So sorry.Thinking of buying my own boots after all.

We had the best rental experience ever! The personel shows a lot of passion ( we met Alex) and they are ready to fullfill any demands, from begginer to pros!Once you get the right boots & sticks your skies are waxed and ready for the next day.Also is possible to store the gear overnight and get them early in the morning before gondola starts.Try to book in advance online for the discount and skiping the queue ;)

Best ski rental shop & service in town. Always repaired and waxed my skis here for a few consecutive seasons. Rented ski touring equipment on powder days and had some great new models of brand new skis (2023!) rented to test before I decide which one to buy. They also have full apparel available to rent, including even gloves. That comes handy when you have friends coming unprepared. Amazing job, team!
