Friendly and helpful, spoke perfect English, and had handy slips of paper with relevant bus schedules to other towns (as well as lots of other info).

the female staff member on monday afternoon was very nasty and condescending when giving directions, not helpful at all, worst tourist info experience out of 60-70 countries visited. it's hard to believe this is going to be the european cultural capital" in 2 years the service seems much more soviet than european

It's September 6th, 2022 and it's a holiday. The woman who works in there seem really annoyed and rude and not very informative at all. I have never done a review on anything but this time is she was so terrible, I can't help it.

Extremely helpful tourist centre. Providing useful concert, wine route info and dining suggestions. Staff here was very nice.

According their own opening hours at the door they should open at 9:30 am.However, there was nobody and it remaind closed and we left 15 min. later at 9:45.So we didn't get any information today.

This was a nice, clean and bright place. Very well located, close to one of the most popular attractions. We went there this Saturday afternoon, there was a lady working, she spoke with us in English and offered us a 2 sided sheet map that was free of charge.She advised us of a few locations to visit, and told us how long approximately it would take to get there walking. We had come from Sofia and enquired about bus to return, she was very helpful and advised the tickets had to be purchased at the stand and pointed in the map the approximate location. Excellent service
