gym 'atlethic' fitness

I came in just when the Gym was closing,Saw the equipment (IVAN Brand) which actually looked not like IVAN , maybe it is good maybe not,but i can't judge this gyms equipment by the old Machines and Benches of this Bulgarian Brand ,because it was new (the old equipment of the Brand is the Worst You can Find,only Body-Solid which is Semi-Proffesional as i know comes close in the bad meaning ) however The Equipment i have tried before was 20 years old i guess they took notes....too sorry i didn't have the chance to workout at this gym but next time i will,as i know now where it is located ,workout there and give a more Precise Review.The Man in the gym i guess it was the owner, because he was closing was very nice, he gave me a tour of the gym,and i was impressed by the quantity and the Good Condition of even the old machines ! Nice Price not too Cheap but not too high,however i still think it must be 2-2.50 lv for a single workout maximum not more ,It has a Protein Bar which is a Plus....This is what i can say now...i will update my review when i actually workout there , it Looks good we'll see ..

Този фитнес е отлично място, както за подобряване на физическата форма при хора постигнали добри резултати, но желаещи да надградят нивото си, така и за напълно начинаещи. В него има множество уреди, подходящи за трениране на различните мускулни групи. Изготвя се индивидуална програма, съобразена с възможностите на клиента и неговите цели.Аз лично съм доволен от опциите, които ми предоставя този фитнес и го препоръчвам на всеки, който желае да свали килограми и повиши мускулната си маса.

Gute Geräte. Kleines Studio. Familiär. Mittags leer, abends viele Locals...

Фитнеса е чист, обзаведен е с много уреди. МНОГО! Толкова много, че мястото е малко и става претъпкано когато има повече от 10 човека. Уредите са буквално залепени един за друг. Цената от 3лв на тренировка за Свиленград и прекалено висока. За тези пари трябва да предлагат повече.

Има добри уреди и доста тежести. В пътите, които съм ходил винаги е било чисто. Аз лично съм много доволен!

Dieses Gym bietet grundsätzlich alles was man braucht. Es sieht auf den ersten Blick etwas alt und nicht modern aus, aber über diverse Kurzhanteln, Beinpresse, Kabelzüge hat es alles was man zum Sport machen braucht. Der Preis von 3 Leva pro Training oder 35 Leva für einen ganzen Monat ist okay.Es gibt Umkleiden für Frauen und Männer, aber leider ohne Spint.Eine Toilette ist auch vorhanden. Diese scheint sauber zu sein.Ansonsten ist das Personal nett und auf english kann man sich verständigen.Für jeden der einfach nur trainieren will und nicht verwöhnt ist von optisch schöneren Studios kann hier Spass haben.
