The quality of the service they provide equals the money you pay. If you have the chance look for another company. Wizz Air have taxes for everything and basically they cost more than the ticket itself. The app and the website are totally messed up, you need 30 mins for a single ticket purchase. This is ridiculous, I have never had such a bad experience with an air company.

iPhone does not register. the ticket is not saved. delays flights by 4 hours. if you have a change of aircraft, then in no case do not use this company.

They took 100 euros for the ticket, the booking code was never sent. It is impossible to contact by mail, as well as get through by phone. the chat bot on the site does not help to solve the problem. Passwords are not sent by email. never buy tickets from this airline, you will just lose money!

O recently had a terrible experience with the airline company Wizz. I received an email from Wizz instructing me to arrive at the airport 2 hours and 30 minutes before the flight. Following their instructions, I arrived on time and attempted to check in. However, to my surprise, the attendant informed me that the check-in counters would only open 2 hours before the flight.There were a total of 6 check-in attendants available, with 4 dedicated to priority passengers and only 2 for non-priority passengers. The LED panel displaying flight information simply stated 'all destinations', without specifying the separate lines for priority and non-priority passengers.As a non-priority passenger, I patiently waited in the designated non-priority line. After waiting in line for a long time, one of the attendants suddenly informed me that I needed to move to the 'priority' line because my flight was being serviced there. I was taken aback by this sudden change and felt frustrated.This experience highlighted a lack of respect for customers from Wizz. They failed to provide accurate information about the check-in process and did not properly guide or assist customers. I sincerely hope to avoid using this airline company in the future. @wizz #wizz #badexperience

There are still flight cancellations, Einthove Warsaw flight canceled last night, Warsaw-Brussels flight canceled this morning. An airline that can never be trusted. Stay away from vizz air unless you want it to spoil all your plans.

Worst airline. Landing 600 kilometres from the airport they are supposed to land and informing passengers they will have to travel 6 hours to reach their final destination. Don’t ever book flights with them.

Their web site has bugs and you pay 50EUR fine for this: They force you to create account and log in. Then they don't ask you who the ticket is for e.g. passenger name, if you set the new name it says O.K., then retains the *old* name and issues the ticket to it. Then they charge you 100 BGN/50EUR to fix the name. Taxes to the max for every thing - even their own bugs !

The service they provide can not even be called service. I am paying for services that I should be able to use, but actually I can't. When trying to reach some customer support after 30 min waiting on the line(not to mention the extra charge that cost me around 50euro) some grumpy Indian guy just told me to file a complaint and hung up in my face, without even trying to understand the problem. Never again. I prefer to pay more and receive normal service. This is the worst company!
