The best reason to choose this hotel is the location. Beautiful rooms but..! The air conditioner does not cool and the weather was hot! The receptionist didn't really care and the solution he gave was to turn it off and open a window. The shower is a bit crowded and there is not enough lighting. Hard pillows I got up with neck pain. Will not choose this hotel next time.

I liked it. Sure nit a luxury hotel, but for the money paid it’s offering the right setup and services. In addition they have underground parking, you need to pay for it, but downtown Sofia you cannot find easily parking spaces. The hotel is literally 5 minutes away from pedestrian area of downtown.

we booked this hotel because of the pandemic exceptional reviews about how good and clean it is and the pictures shows that but now we are as we speak in the hotel and the room is miserable for specially for the price we are paying plus there is no breakfast included 100 euros a night I would like to give a bad review for this place with pictures as evidence plus on top of all of that there is no water included in the room as complimentary as any other hotels I stayed in this world

The hotel is right in the city center. Everything is nearby. The metro that gets you to the airport is a 7-8 minute walk. Rooms are clean and the breakfast is good.

Hotel is just 100 meters away from a main shopping street and its very close main historical building. Hotel has its own closed parking place which needs extra money.Staff is not so friendly. The room was just above the car park entrance, the floor of the room was super cold. We couldnt make the room warm all night long. It was very cold. We can handle it maybe but we have a new born baby and he had to sleep in a baby crib which he sleeps almost on the floor. So he couldnt sleep all night long because of cold. Staff knows about cold on that room for sure and they still gave that to us. When i ask them, they only said this was the last room they have. If they had told me about that, i would rather not to stay in this hotel. Totally one of the worst hotel experience that i have.

Stayed 2 nights as a couple and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff, especially Mariah, went above and beyond to help us and couldn't have made our stay any better. We will most definitely return, and very soon. Friendly staff all round, nice rooms, spotlessly tidy and a very very good location. Could not fault it! The hotel is clean and fairly quiet. Breakfast is in the lobby as the restaurant is being remodeled. Have stayed here twice. Clean, safe, friendly desk staff; close and safe parking.

The location of the hotel, cleaning, employees are perfect. The beds are really comfortable and you can sleep well. The hotel is just next to the famous Vitosha Street and it is really great. We liked the hotel very much and we stayed 1 more night.Everything is great but the price can be a little cheaper.

Communication via email prior to our stay was adequate. Location is perfect. It is 1-2 minutes from the Vitosha Bulevard. Personnel was great. We could take our car from the underground lift parking anytime we wanted and bring it back. The room was very clean. The beds were great. The bathroom was also very good. The size of the room was OK. Prices were normal. On the downside. With the heating turned off, the room was ridiculously hot to the point of being unbearable. We had to have the window open very often. The breakfast was really bad in quality.
