СТРАНЕН СОБСТВЕНИКЧИСТИ АПАРТАМЕНТИ,НО ЕДИНИЯТ ЗА ДА ОТИДЕШ В БАНЯТА ИЛИ ТОАЛЕТНАТА,ТРЯБВА ДА МИНЕШ ПРЕЗ ОБЩ КОРИДОР...ДОПЪЛНИТЕЛНИ ПЛАЩАНИЯ ЗА МНОГО НЕЩА

Great view over 5+ floor, but not the most quiet place to live or the most kid-friendly. Many people/cars/buses pass all time of the day. On the social side it's 10/10. People are talkative and polite. Many shops(from big to small), restaurants, playground, tennis court, schools, etc.

Verry incorrect. Takes a ''cleaning fee'' although the room is never getting cleaned. Also booking unattented money from your credit card. Alredy reported it to the bulgarian authorities.

The view was amazing. The location was only a short walk from the centre of town. The amenities and facilities were top notch. The owner was a very nice gentleman that was very helpful and kind.It was great value for money and I highly recommend the property and experience.

BEWARE of this liar!!!!!!!!! He is taking 300 bgn additionaly, which he never pays back! Dirty place and absolutely NO privacy as you share a corridor to the toilet with the other apartment! Worst, worst, worst hole ever!!!! Worst experience I have ever had! He doesn’t speak english, nor does he speak bulgarian, only italian and as soon as you ask questions about your money he pretends not to understand you! A liar and a thief! I am never, ever coming back and also suing him currently with a bulgarian lawyer.
