I needed a new macbook pro for work and it was a large purchase for me so I did a lot of research. Novmac had the best prices in the city of sofia so I went to check out the store. The store was a little hard to get into because I don't speak bulgarian - but I made my way in.The owner was very knowledgable and gave me suggestions for less expensive computers that would fit certain needs as well as advice for additional products that could be helpful. I felt like he was honest and wanted to get me the right product.After speaking with him I went home and ordered online and just like he promised the computer was ready the next day for pick up. Will go back to Novmac for some other devices soon. I feel like you'll get the best price and honest, knowledgeable help even if you only speak English like I do.I'll definitely be back

Very bad customer service directly from the owner of the company.Thank you - never again!Update after the owners response:I can assure all that I have spoken with person that said: I am the owner, and when I asked why he didnt introduce himself he replied:I dont need to introduce myself to everyone!!"I can provide invoice to proof I am not a competitor and its pitty that you trying to fix something that you created with your attitude towards your customer."

Amazing costumer service, I lost Apple Pencil tip and he assured me that the one they sold was the authentic version and on top of that my package arrived the next day all the way to Plovdiv!! I need it for school so this was just perfect, highly recommended 10/10!!!
