R34 Boutique Hotel

Ein schönes kleines Hotel nahe an der Innenstadt und der Fußgängerzone. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber und Dila an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit.

The location is perfect, but don't call it hotel... You just rent a room with much codes to enter, so better don't get drunk....

I got the room number 1 and it is very big, beautiful and cozy and you can see street view from both windows but I have to work on the laptop and also connect wifi to my phone but the signal is very poor and disconnected many time. Trying to contact to the hotel but it out of time they are working 10am-17.00pm like they’re said so I cannot do my work and trying to talk with reception the next day but also she not there and we have to go out and back at late night so at the end we cannot fix anything. They are have a basic supplies like soap shampoo coffee but no drinking water in the room. The location of the hotel is very nice, easy to find and environment is ok.

- Non è possibile controllare il riscaldamento nella camera.- Il pin di accesso per aprire la porta non si può cambiare ed è troppo semplice.- Nonostante il gestore dell’hotel abbia detto di essere sempre disponibile, in realtà non ha mai risposto alle nostre richieste da telefono.- Le pareti e le finestre della stanza non sono insonorizzate, non consiglio questo hotel a chi ha il sonno leggero.- Il gestore ha chiesto di non buttare la carta igienica usata nel water, ma di buttarla in un bidone perché altrimenti si sarebbero intasate le tubature. Ha garantito poi che il bidone sarebbe stato svuotato quotidianamente, ma non è stato così.

Das Hotel liegt sehr strategisch im Zentrum von Sofia also man kann nur in ca. 8 min zu Fuß zu der nächsten Metro-Station und ist sehr ideal um Sofia zu entdecken. Das Zimmer selbst ist gemütlich und sauber, nur leider sehr hellhörig.

Хотел в идеалния център. Само за нощувки, няма ресторант и кухня.

My first impression was the receptionist Diliana,who was extremely helpful and friendly! Her welcoming make us feel really nice after the long journey!The hotel is in a great location and the price is affordable . Rooms are quirky and clean! Will be back!

Alojamiento muy bien situado justo en el centro de Sofía, al lado del boulevard principal. Todos los servicios están cercanos.El hotel funciona más cómo un apartahotel o apartamento. Recepción durante horario limitado, pero localizables por teléfono. No hay servicios comunes cómo un bar o un hall.La habitación tiene un diseño minimalista. En función del gusto de cada uno puede gustar o no las paredes con ladrillo visto y el suelo de cemento. La habitación estaba limpia y las camas eran confortables. Climatización mediante split de frío/calor. La habitación aislaba bien a nivel temperatura, pues con temperaturas bajo cero fuera, se estaba bien dentro. Se hecha en falta un colcha más grande pues solo había una y de dimensiones justas, con lo que no te podías mover por miedo a destapar-te.Importante saber que para que hagan la limpieza de la habitación hay que dejar colgada fuera la señal a tal efecto. De lo contrario no entran (la dos primeras noches no lo sabíamos y no nos limpiaron hasta que pregunté extrañado).La relación calidad/precio es buena.Recomiendo sobretodo para parejas o amigos.
