Great Location. Amazing high-tech security hostel! They don't really have human reception, but only Virtual receptionist -- one very sweet bear (Winnie the Pooh) which can answer our questions, well, sometimes not quite right. However,they also had Intercom system for direct contact with the manager. The place itself is bright, extremely clean and very warm! I didn't pay for any breakfast but was offered coffee,tea and tasty Cake -- was really good!!! I had a great time in their bar -- the best one on the main street outside

The staff is very courteous, friendly, helpful. The manager is very well informed and knowledgeable with all kinds of restaurants.The location is perfect; a walking distance to anything you could think of!It was a wonderful experience staying at Levitt Hostel. The bar downstairs was a great place to unwind or have a drink.

Very clean. Keypad locks so no keys required. There was a friendly human receptionist when I arrived in the afternoon. Good wifi. Downsides: Lockers were tiny (maybe 30x30x60cm). Both bathrooms were wetrooms, meaning the toilet seats and floors were always wet from the shower.

Great location as its situated on the main strip of Sofia. It is surrounded by many restaurants and even a yoga place! I assume it is a family run business as there is a very cosy atmosphere. While I was there, I was in a room that was connected to another room so that means when I wanted to go outside I had to awkwardly pass through another room first. Keep that in mind and try to ask for the most quiet room if you're a light sleeper.

Lovely stay! No doubt it was the most beautiful hostel of all the places that I stayed during my stay in Europe. There were wonderful views from just outside my room and extremely friendly staff who made me feel very welcome. I highly recommended Levitt Hostel

dopo un mese a sofia finalmente abbiamo trovato un hostello che ci ha fatto stare veramente bene.abbiamo trovato personale gentilissimo,camera spaziosa piena di luce,bagni comodi e molto puliti come del resto tutto l'hotel,ubicato al centro sulla zona pedonale dove trovi negozi ristoranti bar tutto quello che puo servire per un soggiorno piacevole.in hotel c,e' la cucina a disposizione nel caso si vuole cucinare e wifi gratis giorno e notte,a dimenticavo il prezzo delle camere e' veramente accessibile. consiglio a tutti di visitare questa magnifica citta' e di soggiornare a levtt hostel

Perfect location, right in the heart of town, a block from the metro, 10min walk from the bicycle rental shop.Hostel overal was good. It is small and lack of a decent common area. They really could use an office too instead of taking half of the small kitchen.The manager was bit strange and ive seen issues with two traveller who he gave them the same bed on a sold out night. They called him when the issue came to light later on and they were just told to figure it out on their own.... not the best customer service i have seen. Personally i had no problem.
