Sankiyski Ski Snowboard Hire & School in Bansko

This is the best ski equipment shop I ever visited. Very polite and professional staff assisting in every possible way. There equipment in very good condition.We also used the private ski lessons for adults and the kids. In 3 days instructors managed to improve significantly the skills, kids several times went on Blue and Red slopes.We are very happy with SankiySki - thanks to Bobi, Lubo, Slav and Brendan and the teams!!!

After doing research on the different schools and rentals in Banko, I decided to go with Sankiyski, and I was very happy with my choice!The experience was great! starting from my initial contact and the clear information I received from Bobi and the snowboarding lessons by Marti.Sankiyski is very professional, and I would highly recommend it!

Lubomir, Pavel, and Vicky at the shop were quite friendly and helpful.I talked with Bobby on the phone, and she stopped me to say hi as I was on my way to the lift the next day.Big George was a great instructor. He explained the basics very well. He helps you understand things before you start practicing. I enjoyed the little talk we had when we were taking a quick break.The service was great, and the prices were fair and competitive.Thank you all for making the experience very unique and memorable! I'm sure I wouldn't have gotten such an experience at another place. Until we meet again!

By far the BEST ski rental place I have ever been too. The guys are so incredibly helpful, they provide impeccable service and take so much pride in their shop and equipment. They leave your skis out the front for you ready to take to the mountain and will even book taxis up to the ski lifts for you when the gondola queues are too long. Our group was genuinely sad to say bye to them all at the end of the week, it felt like they had become our friends. I will be recommending this ski rental place to everyone booking a trip to Bansko !! Thank you Bobby, Lubov & your lovely team !!!

Very lovely service enjoyed it the instructors are friendly and welcoming. In the rental they helped us to pick the right boots and skis all equipment was well maintained and kept in good shape. This is the third time we are going here and we will probably go again to the same ski school. Special thanks we would love to say to Lubomir Sankiyski for being very helpful to teach the kids how to ski how to start from the ground zero. Also he was kind enough to give us some tips and advices what to visit and what to see in the resort and Bansko itself. Ad the end of the trip one pair of skis that we rented broke. The rental was understanding and didn't charge us to replace the skis as it happened to a unforeseen little accident. very helpful team would recommend this ski school as they keep a high standards in client service and training. Will return again sometime soon.

I had an intermediate level lesson with Adam. He is just a great instructor!Very patience and worked exactly on my weaknesses, so that can notice a huge difference before and after the lesson.He gave me professional advices so that can help me build more confidence during high speeds with good techniques.Moreover he is very friendly.Highly recommend Sankiy and Adam!

Such a great experience!My friend and I failed to prepare for our trip to Bansko and sent a last minute email to Sankiy Ski School. We promptly received a response from Bobi reassuring us that she could arrange snowboard hire last minute.When we arrived at the shop we were greeted by Bobi who was super friendly and polite. Bobi and the team went above and beyond from the get-go, helping us to get the best quality and size boards for our needs. After recommendation by one of the team - I ended up with the perfect board for my needs, and what a fantastic board it was!During our week we regularly engaged with Bobi and her team who were always really happy to see us. They would ask us about our evenings when we collected our boards and about our day on the slopes when we dropped them off. The guys were very chill and banterous. I sometimes spent longer in the outlet just to speak to the staff as they were super informative.The team went above and beyond throughout the week. Even helping me with one of my personal boots which was causing me trouble. The guys took me to another shop and translated on my behalf. It was actually pretty outstanding!In a town absolutely saturated with ski/snowboard hire shops with pushy staff stood outside - I can't recommend Sankiy Ski School enough. If you're looking for an organic, genuine and chilled option for a ski/snowboard hire outlet - this is where you need to go.Thanks again Bobi & team!
