Almost every time we go there something goes wrong with our order! Yesterday we waited for 40 minutes for 3 cups! I woman with two kids waiting in the rain and no one bothers to ask what are they waiting for! Before that they gave us something that we didn’t ordered and even asked us to take it! Every time there is a problem. Some of the times there is no one that speaks Bulgarian and one time the was no one that even speaks English!!!

I would definitely say that this is hands-down the best bubble tea place in Sofia I've tried many of them but really none of them get as close to this one in terms of quality and service. they have several locations around Sophia but I would say that the one in Quartal is the best

Virtuoso Bubble Tea
I’ve tried bubble tea all around the world and this place is the best if not as good as the best I’ve had! The prices are super competitive, you have the option to request less sugar or add different nice toppings. They cover all kinds of tastes and flavours, usually there’s no waiting, but can get pretty crowded. They often run out of products so I assume everything is fresh for that reason. Highly recommended

The BEST bubble tea in the city. As always the staff is incredibly kind and do their best to speak perfect bulgarian, which is something we don’t give them enough credit for. So if you’re reading this, PLEASE, be kind to people, whatever you’re dealing with and don’t be an obnoxious teen, because noone deserves your attitude.
