The attention to clients is under any level. The notary speaks and acts and get angry with you if you ask a question as if you are buying homes every day like he does. So basically he didn't develop the skill to translate his in-depth knowledge to more human understandable language.The worst part of all is that if I didn't understand a bit from Law, he would have locked the apartment with my garage so that if I wanted to sell only the garage later it wouldn't have been possible. It appeared that he needed a document in order not do so, but he didn't even ask in advance.I'm still giving 2 stars because he did his job afterwards.
