Stay away from this Real Estate agency! Even though we are in a national shut down in Bulgaria as is almost every country in the World over the COVID-19 pandemic. Agent Temenuzhka Mihaleva of Bulgarian Properties is trying to strong-arm a sale that will require extensive professional renovation which no one is allowed to do in Bulgaria or anywhere else for that matter. I've pleaded with agent Mihaleva that our financial situation along with millions of others have changed in the last month. Her response, she's given me a week, 7 days, to sign the contract or loose my deposit. I've never met such a ruthless or greedy person.
