We decided to celebrate my daughter wedding in BlackSea Rama, only because the original place we chose was taken. Nevertheless, we were beyond exited to have the wedding in Bulgaria. Because we don’t live in Bulgaria, it was very difficult to communicate with the planing manager of BlackSea Rama from the start. He didn’t respond to our emails for weeks, which was so disturbing and unprofessional. We couldn’t do any plans in advance, because our questions weren’t answered timely. It was very stressful even from the beginning before we booked the venue, because no one cared to take our downpayment and reserve the date for the wedding.However, we arrived four days before the wedding to finalize some last minute tasks. The disappointment was immediate, because the three bedroom individual villa that we booked was very outdated and with a terrible odor. We were shocked, because we paid a huge amount of money for that individual vila, and the price wasn’t equal to the quality. The bathroom smelled like urine, one of the bedrooms as mold and another bedroom smelled like motor oil. On top of it all it was not clean.I’m not going to mention how much money we spent in BlackSea Rama hotel and restaurants. We had the rehearsal dinner for more than 80 people, cocktail before the reception (they forced us to have a second cocktail there, the ceremony followed by a cocktail hour was at the Botanical Garden), the dinner, and newly all 80 guests booked rooms at the BlackSea Rama and dinned there for at least three days.Because our outdated villa did not come with a decent espresso machine we asked to borrow an espresso machine for the morning of the wedding for when the bridal party was getting ready (we knew they had them because the rooms in the boutique hotel came with one) and asked for 20 capsules of coffee. For this “ favor” we been charged 100 leva. We didn’t use any of the instant coffee or tea they left in the villa for the 5 days we stayed there.Perhaps the most upsetting part was when they put the bride and groom in the darkest and most depressing, outdated and smelly villa we have ever seen, and the staff didn’t care to decorate and put a bootle of champagne to congratulate the newly married couple after the wedding. The hotel and the management couldn’t be more cheep and careless.People, especially from abroad, please consider other option for your weddings. There are other beautiful venues for a wedding, with good management and staff, who do care and make the happy couple feel special!I don’t recommend Black Sea Rama for a weeding or vacation stay.

Страхотни гледки, топло отношение, чистота и перфектното място за пълноценна почивка за хората, които играят голф, но дори и нищо да не правите и да се наслаждавате на гледките пак ще релаксирате!

Great food, super friendly and professional stuff, super clean. Interior-wise is amazing. We had a team-building there and organization on their behalf was flawless.For sure one of the exceptional resorts at the Bulgarian seaside.

Обслужването е на ниво, но обстановката е занемарени, не е поддържана добре вилната част / врати не могат да се заключват, липсват поставки в душ кабината, липсват дръжки на вратички, гардероба е много малък, климатика в двете стаи неработен добре, за 5 звезден хотел е направена 1 баня за две спални!!!, липсват столове, ако искаш да излезеш натересатаида седнеш, не е поддържана добре и чисто терасата, занемарени и неподчинение первази на терасата, работи само един ресторант в основната сграда.

Февруари - още е в подготовка за новия сезон, но едно е безспорно - тихо, красиво място с прекрасна гледка и условия за релакс !

Perfect place for family, nice, large rooms, with perfect view to the Black Sea

The resort is very nice and relaxing. The service is absolutely horrendous. Restaurant at the clubhouse you can expect to wait over 90 mins for your food order to arrive. Whilst waiting you will get eaten alive by flies, and they have nothing to deter them. Customer experience is zero, staff not trained in any level of service. The golf course is nice, the greens though are so bad. You walk on the greens and you have footprints and they are like a sponge, there has been zero money spent on fixing the greens in the past 5 years. Every year they get worse and they charge top end green fees. It’s a shame it’s so badly managed

A wonderful five-star complex that has a number of advantages over others in the area - large, quiet, peaceful, without many people. With very good service! What I didn't like is that it clearly needs some freshening up. It looks like it was built a decade ago and hasn't been renovated much since then. The boutique hotel needs more pools for non-villa guests. It needs direct access (elevator type) to the sea because it is far to walk. The breakfast could have been richer, as we have seen much better than this in four-star hotels. Overall we are satisfied.

The resort is amazing! The villas are super comfortable and cosy. The pool infornt is just the best. Unique views from everywhere. Great food, great service and great atmosphere!
