Great hotel to stay if you are in the area. Beautiful beach and pool, the breakfast buffet was also very good

Spa Day Pass!We wanted to spend a wet rainy day at the spa and paid for a day pass. We weren't given any instructions apart from how to use the lockers. The spa itself was lovely and one of the best I have visited all over the world. The pool was lovely and warm, very nice jacuzzi great sauna and steam room and a salt bath (unsure about this). We were not given any towels and had configure out ourselves we're to get these from. After 3 hours we were hungry but couldn't see any directions for a restaurant. So back to the lockers and got changed. When a receptionist did appear we were told we could only use the hotel restaurant or we wouldn't be allowed back only problem was this was back through the spa. Not ideal since we hadn't been given any robes or footwear, so we decided to go elsewhere and not return. Such a shame as it could have been a nice day had the receptionist taken a bit of time to explain everything to us at the start.

One of the best hotels in Borgas Bulgaria. Very close to the sea side and great pool.

Fantastic hotel and service. Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

Резервирах стая за двама в първите дни на 2023 г. Поради възникнали здравословни причини се наложи резервацията да бъде анулирана. Очаквах дълги разправии с администрацията, очакване, подклаждано и от препатили в контактите с други хотели. Но в случая бях приятно изненадан от вежливо отношение и връщане на предплатата в указания срок. В тази връзка изказвам специална благодарност на представителя на администрацията г-жа Аргирова.

My wife and I had an unplanned stay here for two and a half weeks from mid June due to an in-flight medical incident necessitating an emergency landing.The staff were friendly and helpful in dealing with our needs. Our room was cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis and bed linen changed frequently.The food in the restaurant was of a good standard and high quality but significantly more expensive than restaurants we could have found in the town. However if you enjoy proper orange juice for your breakfast you'll be disappointed as it was essentially orange squash.We never made use of the outside pool due mainly to the presence of large flocks of seagulls that bathed drank and washed themselves in the evenings after it was closed to guests.Although there was a dry cleaning service disappointingly there was no laundry service but fortunately I was able to find a service wash laundry in the town.If you're an English speaker (and don't speak Bulgarian or German) and enjoy watching TV you will find the choice of channels very limited. There was one channel - BBC News. I was told the hotel were waiting for an update when I enquired about this but this never happened during our stay.The indoor pool was spacious and a warm comfortable temperature.Like so many resorts further south we found the mattresses were too hard for our taste and it certainly did nothing for my wife's already vulnerable back.It was nevertheless a fine and luxurious hotel with high standards and we would have been hard pressed to find anything superior in Burgas.

Amazing 5 star hotel on the beach in Burgas! Comfortable rooms, great pool and beach area! The staff is so polite! Absolutely 5 stars experience!

Класен хотел с всякакви удобства, но има и какво да се желае. Един човек на рецепция е твърде недостатъчен за броя на гостите и се налага досадно чакане за настаняване и други услуги. Редица забележки към банята - силно амортизиран душ и задръстена вана. Кухнята е добра, закуската - на ниво.

Хотелът е на чудесно място, със супер гледка и просторни стаи и...толкова. Леглата са доста твърди, в банята липсва биде или подвижен душ. Ако срещнете камериерка - не очаквайте да ви поздрави (невидим сте за нея). Ресторанта е просторен и с много любезно отношение от страна на сервитьорите. Готвача, обаче е стажант. Пилешкото е безвкусно и тричаво, а крушата със сирена - неузряла и твърда. Ако имате очаквания за специална храна, приготвена и поднесена с въображение като за хотел 5 звезди -забравете. Закуската е добра. Накратко: съотношение цена/ качество е определено в полза на цената. Не бих повторила...

Overall, we had an excellent stay at the Grand Hotel. Service was on point, breakfast was somewhat varied but there could be a few more hot options, and the amenities were above average. Great value for the money. I’ll be back next time I’m in Burgas.Ps - one thing I noticed is that next to the stairway doors there are signs that say “staff only”. That could be a fire / emergency hazard.
