Really fun, enjoyed it a lot. You can try pole dancing there also veil, ring dancing which are both hung from the ceiling. You don't need much skill to try them, just a little bit of strength and the teacher is very sweet and helpful. Prices aren't high as well.

The best studio for aerial silks (that's what I like) and for strength exercises (second favourite thing to do) in Sofia. All of the girls are prepared, friendly and very helpful. They also speak English without difficulty so foreign pole and aerial lovers are welcomed. The place is clean and has all the needed equipment for all kinds of exercises. The thing I like most here is the fact that one can train whatever he wants - pole, aerial hoop, and aerial silks for an hour and a half, which is more compared to the other studios which offer just an hour for the aerial classes. I also like that the studio is small and the instructors have more time for each participant (also in comparison to the other studios in Sofia). The only disadvantage is that the place is kind of far from the centre but all the other studios aren't in the centre as well so that's alright also I guess.
