An angel sent from heaven is how best to describe Zlatina and the services she provides. You will not find anyone else like her in Bulgaria where you, as a foreigner, is treated like one of their own and are not being ripped off or walked all over. It’s very hard to find honest, trustworthy people in Bulgaria, they do exist, but its very rare, and Zlatina is one of them!Zlatina is a one in a million find, she is very cleaver in her field of expertise and this is reflected upon what she does for you. She is very easy to get on with; she is very understanding; she speaks and understands English to a very high level; you establish right from the offset a trusted relationship where you know you will not get ripped off; you can trust her to get on with sorting the issues out without having to keep chasing her; you can trust her with money and know that she will not steal from you or try to rip you off.I am so grateful with all Zlatina has done for me, and none of it would have been possible without her. She had resolved a massive situation for me after buying a property in Bulgaria by a crooked estate agent, one of may in Bulgaria. So a BIG THANK YOU to Zlatina, and I can honestly recommend Zlatina and her services to anyone from the UK or Europe, that you are all in safe hands with Zlatina.I would like to take a few minutes to explain the situation I was in and what Zlatina actually did for me and the outcome of it, so to warn off other people from doing the same mistake as I did and why you must use Zlatina as your solicitor.In short : I basically bought a house where I was ripped off with the sale price and furthermore ripped off with the building work costs by the estate agent. The building work done was very poor and wrong even though I was told these people were the best and that’s why I was paying these high prices, but they were none of the sort (they were your basic gypsies). The estate agent also didn’t do all the correct paperwork in sorting out all the services like water and electricity supplies. So Zlatina managed to get some money back from the estate agent for the building work part only as we settled out of court, and she managed to sort out all the paperwork and services for me.So as you can see, I was in a very big mess, and Zlatina had managed to clean it up for me. I will always use Zlatina till the day I sell up in Bulgaria, but I will always stay in contact with her and be friends forever.
