Отвратително обслужване. Жената, която ме посрещна не благоволи да вдигне поглед към мен или да ме поздрави, въпреки че видя да влизам. Трябваше да седя 20 секунди без да знам дали е удобно да я заговоря. В крайна сметка се представих и казах за какво съм дошъл и това явно я ядоса, защото в следващите 30 секунди се държа грубо и неприветливо, като това беляза и края на престоя ми в магазина.

It is very poor constantly going off line for many hours at a time it has been off line almost every day recently It is now one month later and no improvement i bought a new router as the other was very old as the internet had gone down again i telephoned your shop to get an engineer to fit the router and see if he could improve reception it took two days before someone answered the phone yes two days she said an engineer would call but didnt know when as i live alone that means i must stay in the house as they dont telephone before coming when they did come they got things working but after they left i found my mobile phone would not accept the pass word which means i cannot speak to my wife in hospital in uk I phoned your your office and eventually got a reply i explained what had happned and would they send the engineer back to correct it firstly she said NO he has already been once i told her hy reason for needing the phone now rendered usless an she said the last time he came no one was in which is not true and someone would come out tomorrow but no one came i phoned at 5 pm yesterday to find out when some one was coming and she said not now its RAINING i am again waiting for a visit

Very good service in a well arranged shop. You can find almost every thing computer related and if not available at the moment it can be delivered in a couple of days. Very clean and tidy. Disinfections are carried out regularly.
