I was there for a job interview. People were very friendly and they seemed like they were having fun while working. At least that's the impression I got from what I managed to see through the glass walls. Yeah, almost all the offices had glass walls! That really caught me off guard, but I suppose it's a good anti-slacking measure.

One of the most stable places to work in Plovdiv. The salary is good and the office and most of the management is quite competent in their leadership. I've worked there for almost 2 years and I've seen people being promoted multiple times from inside of the company which is as green as green flags can get. Compared to other customer support companies in the city this one has internal protocols about everything and the decision-making is fast and efficient. I've always gotten the vacation days I wanted, never had problems with sick says, never had a late salary and always got a good bonus. Congratulations to the colleagues for their efforts on keeping the projects runing when other companies are firing people at the moment.

The best customer service agency, especially if you have completed your education in the UK.
