Фантастично местоположение , на самият плаж Стаите са просторни , съчетани с много вкус и стил. Модерно обзавеждане и много удобства . Храната в хотела е невероятно разнообразна , изключително вкусна и се приготвя почти на всякъде пред Теб. Невероятен избор на вкусове и съчетание на много видове менюта СПА центъра е изграден с опит и много детайли , не е пропуснато нищо. На всякъде се усеща стил , качество и уют. Басейните са много подържани , водата е чиста , атракционите са невероятни . Голямо удобство е достъпа до самият плаж и морето .Гледката обхваща просторна част от морската шир и пясъчната ивица. Препоръчвам . Бих посетил отново.

The people are very welcoming and nice.The room is more then perfect to our family of 5 needs. Clean, has everything you can think of.Food and drinks around the clock.They have a price Beach.Though there are a lot of people, it is quite and you can find privacy.Really recommend.Great value for money

The resort is clean, nice and comfortable. The service is adequate to the price. The location is quite out of hand, hotel standing in middle of nowhere. However, definitely not recommending the hotel for couples - about a 90% of the guests are families with small kids, and there is just no place to go to have a quiet moment. The environment is terribly loud, from the restaurant to the pool and beach. It’s not fully a mistake of the hotel - but it is definitely not very suitable for couples seeking solitude.

We’ve been here for 3 times. Each time we booked more days.Still very happy with the room, food, and the pools.Here are a few things that were not so great this time. When it was raining in the evening or wet outside, the show was cancelled and guests were left with nothing to do. It would be great to put on a kid movie in conference room or something like that.The room cleaning service was not as good as years before. The cleaning lady was very friendly and tried her best. But she was all alone doing the work for the whole floor. Sometimes our room didn’t get cleaned even at 14:00, despite we pressed the cleaning button since early morning. Back in time the hotel hired more staff, and the cleaning ladies had more time to do thorough cleaning and make a nice little animal with towels.The ventilation channel in the shower can smell awful sometimes. I don’t know why. The toilet doesn’t have this problem but the shower.Anyway, hope the hotel will keep up the good work and be more considerate in details. Look forward to our next visits at Wave!

During our stay at Wave Resort from 14.07.23 to 21.07.23, we encountered a distressing situation that turned what should have been a relaxing vacation into a nightmare. The initial days at the hotel were enjoyable, especially since we were traveling with our 1-year-and-3-month-old child. The hotel seemed well-prepared for families with children, with designated areas for kids, and a variety of food options catering to different age groups.However, on the third day (Sunday), we heard about other guests' children falling sick with stomach infections. Regrettably, we overlooked these incidents and continued with our plans. On Monday, things took a turn for the worse as I began experiencing severe vomiting. I assumed it was an aggressive reflux attack, which I sometimes get, and sought help at the hotel's medical point. I received medication and I recovered without being hospitalized.On Tuesday, our 1-year-and-3-month-old child's health deteriorated rapidly, and she began vomiting continuously. We grew increasingly alarmed and decided to call our insurance company, who arranged for a doctor to visit our hotel room. The doctor recommended immediate hospitalization and promptly arranged an ambulance to transfer our child and my wife to a private clinic in Burgas. The hospital experience was overwhelming, with language barriers making communication difficult. Our child's condition worsened, and her health continued to decline throughout the night from Tuesday to Wednesday. It was a distressing and heart-wrenching time for us as parents.On Wednesday morning, her condition showed slight improvement, and we held on to hope, but the day brought no significant change. It was not until Thursday morning that our child's condition finally began to improve, much to our relief.The following day (Wednesday), my wife also fell ill, and her symptoms became severe. She, too, required hospitalization to receive the necessary medical attention. Witnessing my loved ones facing such health challenges was incredibly difficult and added to the stress of our vacation.Throughout this ordeal, we encountered other families experiencing similar health issues. It became evident that there might be a larger problem concerning health and hygiene at the hotel, and we felt a deep sense of concern for the well-being and safety of all guests.Though the hotel's customer relations representative showed empathy, we couldn't help but notice the lack of a satisfactory response to the health issues faced by guests. We discovered that many families had encountered stomach infections, and the hotel's reaction to these incidents left us concerned about their health and safety protocols.To summarize, while the hotel's medical point assisted me during my illness, witnessing other guests' health issues and the hotel's response raised valid concerns. As a result, we would approach recommending this hotel with caution, as the well-being and safety of guests should always be of paramount importance in any hospitality establishment. The health challenges faced by our 1-year-and-3-month-old child, my wife, and myself were distressing, and it destroyed our vacation experience.

Чистота в комплекса е доста занижена. Посрещанаха ни в стая в която имаше петна от предишните посетители. Мивките, огледалата и вратите дори мисля, че не бяха въобще почистени. На басейна, който ние избрахме да плажуваме имаше нещо като зелен мъх/тиня във водата. Обстановката в ресторанта за вечеря беше покъртителна- сладолед по пода около машината за сладолед, раздпадащи се торти и омазана витрина около десертите. Като количество имаше доста храна, но качеството не беше добро. Наложи ни се да вечеряме пържени картофи. За съжаление напуснахме хотела след първата ни нощувка, а бяхме изключително ентусиазирани след всичките прочетени положителни отзиви тук. Относно нашето преждевременно напускане и изразяване на недоволство никой от персонала не беше смутен, дори не говорихме с оправител, а само рецепционист. Разчитат на голямия поток чуждестранни туристи и въобще не държат на качество в какъвто и да е аспект. Като интериор е страхотно.

We have recently been to Wave Resort, between July 8 -15th, a family with one 11 years child. Our feedback is mixed. First the good parts: very beautiful hotel, clean, spacious and well furnished and equipped rooms; very good food, varied, fresh; good service at the restaurant and at the bars; not crowded; enough sunbeds for everybody; beautiful landscape around the hotel; a lot of pools (in fact this was one of the main criteria from which we chose it, because our son likes to swim a lot). Very kind and polite staff. If my feedback would end here, I would say it was a wonderful choice for us. Unfortunately, and here comes the bad part of the trip, our son contracted viral gastroenteritis (confirmed by the doctor, according to the symptoms, and to the circumstances). I am not in the position to judge if the source was an employee, or a guest. This can't be told. What we could assume, after the week we spent there: it was not the food / the restaurant, we mainly suspected the heated pool, as a source of transmission. Previous to our arrival it was cold, the main pool was at 17-18 degrees, and the semi-olympic one was heated and the most used by the majority of the children. During our stay there, there were several other kids with the same symptoms, all were swimming in the same pool. Adults/parents were not showing symptoms, and from the discussions with other parents, their children were swimming / diving / maybe accidentally swallowing water. From our observations, and compared to other hotels, the pools were not treated with chlorine as aggressively as others, during the night. Our son was treated with i.v. infusions, at the medical office from the hotel. The treatment was efficient, and the doctor was very kind, but the prices were excessively high. Fortunately, we were both prepared with some spare money and we had travel insurance. The day before we left we had a discussion with the Customer Relationship Manager and gave our feedback regarding our stay, and the issues that have occurred. She was very open, very polite, and willing to take our feedback under consideration. She told us she knew about the cases, and that she already implemented supplementary measures regarding the cleaning. She also said that she will order new tests for the pool water. I understand that these things are not 100% under their control, and that they happen, I also understand that probably the number of sick children might not have been high enough to constitute an outbreak. But for us, it ruined 3 days / out of 7, so it counts a lot. And I think that the transmission can be limited, by the hotel through a better treatment of the water in the heated pools. I sincerely hope that this was a limited event and will not repeat very often, but it is to be taken under consideration if a honest and complete feedback will be given.

Най-добрият хотел в България, нека всички останали хотелиери вземат пример как трябва да се поддържа и управлява хотел, какво отношение да има към гостите. Стаите - чисто, подредено, всяко нещо направено с мисъл как да е по-удобно за гостите, редовно се почистваха по време на престоя ни. Ресторанта - само от пиле - мляко нямаше :) , всеки ден за месец да се храниш с нещо различно и пак ще има неща, които няма да си опитал, храната е супер вкусна и разнообразна. Хотелът е на усамотено място, но същевременно близо до Равда и Несебър. Има безплатен транспорт с микробус. Консиержа е изключително любезна дама, винаги готова да помогне. Може би единственият хотел, който си заслужава цената на нощувките в България. Черешката на тортата беше вечерното светлинно шоу с басейна, уникално! Поздравления на целия екип, от любезните служители в ресторанта, рецепция, камериерките, готвачите до управителите и собствениците.

We spent 3 nights in a room with a pool. Initialy we thought that is a nice idea, but the pool is shared with many others rooms and when you have neighbours that are considering that swimming, talking and having fun in the middle of the night is cool...then you realised that is a bad idea.For me is important to have the possibility to sleep during the night, so think twice about this type of room. The room is very spacious, modern and cosy. The pools are great, many areas and activities for kids. The beach is not nice, is very small and not easy accesibile from the sea . Parking issues in the high season. The hotel is very crowded and automatically very noisy on the corridors, noise from the neighbours and also noise until 11 PM from areas with music. Even if we were impressed by many aspects, we will not return as for us it is important to have a good sleep.
