Worst customer service ever. Close family friends of ours are owners of a flat in the complex. We were supposed to stay over for the night with the baby. They couldn't open the flat due to tech issues with the door and stated that the earliest time they could arrange something is after 2 days. Not only they refused access to the owners to their won flat, but made us pay for a room in the complex with 'friends of owners discount' of 3 euro from the regular price???? First thing I'm doing on monday is suing them to the moon and back. What a trash of service for a 'luxorious' complex which doesn't even have breakfast

First time here. The room is nice, very clean, I was impressed about this aspect. The bathroom si small, nothing fancy, but cozy overall. There is also a cooking area. We booked a room with sea view and we received it. The balcony is also very big. The bedsheets are clean, the bed instead is not too comfortable for those with back pain, however for 2 nights I cannot complain.The receptionist who received us did not speak very good English, I think this should be something to be improved. Also in the Booking description it says there is parking place in front of the hotel, indeed there is, but for few cars, we were lucky that somebody left otherwise from the hotel, they redirect you to Mistral Parking were you pay 20 leva per day, which is a bit too much.We traveled in April so over the night it got a bit cold in the room but we had a heating device which worked just fine.

Excellent VFM, nice pool, centre of port first line. Great choice of restaurants all at reasonable prices.

We had a sea-view studio on the top floor. Room is spacious, furniture is quite new, although basic, and the balcony is huge, overlooking the pool and the sea, which are really one of the greatest assets of this accommodation. The studio features a pretty well-equipped kitchenette. There was paid parking at a nearby location (20 BGN/day), which the staff helped me reserve. Staff speaks English and they're nice.On the downside, cleanliness is questionable. I mean it might be okay for someone less neatpicky than me, but there were hairs and something that resembled crumbs on the floor, especially in the corners, bedsheets were yellow-stained and the bathroom was moldy. Bed was pretty big, but indeed rather uncomfortable. Daily cleaning services only included taking out trash and replacing towels once in 2 days - I don't think they vacuumed, mopped or cleaned the sink in any of the 6 days of our stay. They did change the bedsheets once, though. All in all it's a decent accommodation if you're not pretentious, but certainly not worth the price we paid (over 100 EUR/night). It has the potential to be so much more though.

Great accommodation for a family. We had all we needed,coffee, tea,sweets,towels,hairdryer, etc.frienfly staff, Wi-Fi, close to beach

Totally beautiful, big apartment, clean rooms, terrace, great view, nice building, very close to the sea and restaurants.

We particularly asked for an apartment with a sea view. Instead we got a view that had nothing to do with the pictures. The view was between two hotels and we were actually seeing more the back of hotel Mistral and a parking lot on the side. There was dust on the shelves, a broken drawer in the kitchen, old carpets. And the most absurd thing was that there was no other place to hang the towels but in the shower cabin!!! We paid enough to get a better quality. We sent a mail to the manager - never received an answer. We talked to the receptionist, she said the manager has a day free and there is no one responsible when she is not there. The only thing that was worth, was the pool, but thit is not enough to compensate the negligence of the personell about anything else!

The hotel is located near the sea and has incredible views from the rooms and also from the pool. Regarding the pool, it was never too crowded and the water was always clear.The apartments are very large and adequate if you want to cook there. What I did not like about them was the fact that the bathrooms were not cleaned crefully when first arriving to the hotel. Also, the water boiler was a problem because the water was sometimes in a small amount and very cold, so you had to wait to take a proper shower. Also, on the door of the bathroom, it was written that the towels would be changed every two days, which did not happen. I also did not like the bed because it was very uncomfortable.Apart from that, I liked the lightning in the room, the view.The breakfast tastes good, although you had only a few choices. There were 5-6 meals that you could choose from.Overall, I would recommend this hotel. The apartments have enough furniture and are spacious.
