Alexander Business Apartments, Sofia, Bulgaria

This apartment is gorgeous. Very nice kitchen and air conditioning was very welcomed during those 3 hot days. On our arrival apartment was not ready (we arrived 5 hours before agreed time of arrival) and Mrs.David offered us to leave our bags in her apartment so we could go out and have a lunch. If there will be next occasion to travel to Sofia we will definitely book this apartment again. We were very satisfied.

Quiet and peaceful place. There are not many people. You don't meet a single person entering or leaving the building. It is isolated with a separate entrance. It is disinfected every hour. Very clean. I often travel to Sofia on business and in the future I will always book an apartment in this building. The hosts prepare and serve in the apartments very tasty homemade food and pastries. I don't have to go to a restaurant with a lot of people. Here they prepare the most delicious baklava in all of Sofia. I recommend everyone to try it.

The apartment was as great as expected or even better. We had the new apartment in new building with elevator. You can easily notice every detail in the apartment is well prepared and exclusive acquired for that specific apartment. I think is a very good choice if you plan to be in the city for few days, since you have a fridge, microwave and work place for business. The water from the sink is even drinkable.The host was very nice. She speak very good English . I only had to call her as soon as we got to the airport to arrange the time of arrival so no problems at all with the check in. She provided us one copy of keys and some information about the city including a free city tour and a good suggestion for a restaurant in the area. I honestly was surprise about how easy was to get to the place and how well located was in the city. Really, we never needed to take taxi or metro again, just walking everywhere and as well the way from - to the airport was very easy, direct metro until Serdika and right at that station you can already see some antique ruins and nice streets to walk around with restaurants and souvenirs shops, so to be right in the center of the city was very convenient.The building and location are very safe.At the corner of the building there is even a 24 hours shop to buy everything you need at last minute.

Great central location and very comfortable and clean bedroom and bathroom .The host was very friendly. The kitchen was a big plus.We used the shuttle service and I would recommend.Thanks Mrs.David for the amazing hospitality that she gave as. We will come again to this beautiful apartment very soon.If you stay anywhere else in Sofia you're doing something wrong.

Extremely spacious and clean apartment.This place is very convenient for me because I care about perfect hygiene. Every month I travel for work in Sofia and in the future I will stay only in this apartment. There is not a gathering of many people here. Disinfect regularly every day. The beds are very comfortable to sleep. Mattresses and pillows are disinfected and smell fresh. The apartment is furnished with new furniture. I have everything I need and I feel at home. The hosts are wonderful people and helped me a lot during my stay. The location of the building is on a quiet street near the central metro station. There is a wonderful terrace with mountain views and lots of flowers. Fast and free Wi-Fi. I recommend this apartment to everyone who travels on business to Sofia to stay here.

This place was fantastic. A lovely apartment that was spotless. Bottled water was supplied, as were beer and snacks and the washing machine was very handy since we'd been travelling for a while. It was like a home away from home. The location was perfect, right near the pedestrian shopping street with all the bars and cafes, and also right across the road from one of the excellent restaurants that I read about in Sofia. Staff lovely and help me anytime. I would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to Sofia.

Great apartment in good location. Very comfortable and spacious. Has all needed amenities. The kitchen was a full functioning kitchen and we cooked almost every day. The host was easy to reach. Location is the center but very quiet. It was a pleasant stay. The Alexander Nevski Cathedral, St. Sophia Church and National Assembly, one of the main landmarks in Sofia are on less then 10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. There are several shops and restaurants in the surrounding area. Would stay here again and recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Sofia.

Ottimo appartamento!Nuovo edificio, camere molto pulite, letto molto comodo.La signora che mi ha incontrato parla un italiano eccellente ed è molto gentile.La posizione dell'edificio è nel centro ideale della città. Molto vicino alla metropolitana e ci sono molti ristoranti e negozi nelle vicinanze.Raccomando a tutti gli italiani che vengono a Sofia di fare una prenotazione qui.Questo è il posto per gli italiani a Sofia.

The best place for business travelers in Sofia city.I often travel to Sofia for work. I had to spend 14 days in quarantine because of the global pandemic. For this reason, I made a reservation for an apartment and not for a hotel room. I am very grateful to the hosts of the apartment, who took care of me for 14 days. Every day they delivered me fresh and very tasty homemade food. I had the pleasure to try the most delicious dishes from the Bulgarian cuisine. The hostess prepared the most delicious Caramel Cream" and homemade yogurt.I felt like part of the family and a dear friend. Thanks for the hospitality and care for me. In the future I will again make reservations only for these apartments.Thanks to the hosts once again."

The Luxury apartment is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. Everything was new and well maintained. We really felt like home. The host was kind and responsive. We arrived at 11:30 pm and the host were waiting to tell us where to park and gave us the room keys. The location is amazing - in the heart of Sofia. Parking place in inside yard. Will definitely stay there again and recommend.
