When we arrived at the airport we decided to check for the best options for car hire. We went to all of the tables and found out that Hertz had the best offer for us. The guy that was giving us the offer was super helpful and went through everything we had to know. The car was perfect and we will definitely rent from hertz again.

Charged for the car 395.58 USD for 4 days. Returned the car 2 days earlier because of travel plan change and was not reimbursed for the 2 days even thou was promised for that when asked during the picking up process. Two days later when dropping off the car at Burgas airport was alleged to had an accident with damage /dot at the right hand passenger door/ and charged additional 178.92 USD . Needless to say I will be challenging all these fraudulent charges but BEWARE!

Great experience - solid cars and super helpful staff. Rented two years in a row, for multiple trips, booked online, had 0 issues when booking from Hertz directly. I’m a bit taken aback by the negative comments.I found the team to be extremely professional, polite and patient.Have done the cheaper services in the past and don’t think it’s worth the hassle.Personally, I’d be renting from them in the future.
