We were there from 10 to 16 July and everything was just fine! The room was so spacious. The incorporated air conditioner was working perfectly and we had nice sleep! The food was great and there was an enormous choice. The pool was very clean and warm! The animation was perfect for kids and for the adults! It is about 15 minutes from the beach but there is short cuts to go. I recommend it!

A 4-star hotel with 2-3 star quality rooms and food. Except for the location and the whole resort, which are wonderful, if we were to look at the lack of space in the room, the lack of robes and slippers, the low quality of the bedding, the bed and pillows, the poor range of food served at all the main meals and to the smell of food that spreads throughout the hotel, it cannot receive the classification of 4 stars.

Много чисто,персонала любезен.Храната много вкусна,стаята просторна и чиста.Има малко странен паркинг над хотела ,но все пак го има.Доволни сме и пак бихме посетили.Единствено плажа е доста отдалечен.

Хотела ни предложи една невероятна великденска оферта, с чудесни аниматори които осигориха едно незабравимо преживяване за децата, чистотата и обслужването са на ниво и храната е добра. Бихме посетили хотела отново но с препоръка водата в басейна да е по-топла

The food and the rooms were great. Staff was friendly and overall we are satisfied with the hotel. The animation was excellent, four animators were taking care and there were gymnastics and stuff, as well as activities for kids. Recommend!

Hotel rooms were okey bc of the cleaning ladies ,food wasn’t good and most of service was bad. The best part of staying there was animation and the animators. Dima , Cece, Gali, Simon and Svueto they were amazing literally they were like friends to me and my roommates. Without them our stay wouldn’t be that amazing . i am gonna remember them forever i think. Go to Madara just for them i promise you will not regret
