Very nice business, very nice people. Bought a house out there a month ago or so and they really helped. It was 13,000 and 500 deposit!

From the initial contact to the final payment, Mowlem have been very helpful and easy to deal with. The property was as the photos showed and they told us what was needed and so on. I will be using their services again.

We have only outstanding things to say about Mowlem in Bulgaria. It is not often that we can genuinely state that any provider or supplier of anything can be faultless throughout the buying process. However Mowlem have been 100% faultless from the first time we made contact with them, to the present day.My wife Julie and I purchased a large property in a village called Koprivets around 4 months ago through Mowlem. As we could not afford to pay in full for the property, we went ahead with the superb payment plan option that they provide. Without this option, we would not have been able to get onto the property market in Bulgaria.We met in person with Radi, Megi and Ivan at their offices in Ruse around 2 weeks ago. They are genuinely really nice and friendly people. They go the extra 100 miles to assist us.Julie and I do feel that we have become friends with them. We truly believe that when we bought this property with Mowlem, we have not just bought a property, but we have also received amazing support for the long term.They are absolutely extremely professional and everything they have done for us, is carried out in the required legal procedures. Their command of the English language is exemplary and they truly understand how to understand how the language barrier can be tricky!We will be buying another property with Mowlem when we move out permanently to Koprivets in Bulgaria in January 2024.Thank you everyone at Mowlem in Ruse, Bulgaria. I bought a property via Mowlem a year or so before lockdown in the UK and all through the pandemic they have been faultles I could not recommend a better estate agents, they are fast to respond, understanding and most of all is the personal touch.
