One of the worst hosts I have experienced in my year+ of travel. Just look at how he responds to his negative reviews! Everyone that provides true and honest feedback is called (A liar, A psychopath or an alcoholic.) The rest of the reviews are likely fake, seeming they indicate only one or two reviews.The man was just strange and nasty, over chat. We never met in person. I ended up booking a way nicer place for a much lower price point.

別の宿を探すべきです。案内された部屋は埃っぽく、ソファーベッドのシーツを捲ったら、食べカスだらけでした。鍵が壊れているから20分後に新しいものを持ってくる。と、去っていったスタッフは40分しても戻って来なかった。仕方ないからフロントへ行こうとしたら階段の鍵を閉めていた。私は宿から出られなくなりました。備え付けの電話も繋がらない。同じ部屋のブルガリア人に助けてもらった。夜は泊まった部屋にはカメムシが６匹も出て、蚊も多いです。他の部屋も同様のようで、虫除けスプレーを互いに貸しあいました。夜に到着した別の宿泊者はとても困っていました。チェックインしたいけど、スタッフはいない。電話は繋がらない。そして書き置きもない。鍵置き場の場所も不明。メールで送られてきていた番号の部屋の鍵も無い。杜撰な対応に呆れます。ソフィアには立地も良く、安く、ホスピタリティー溢れるホテルや宿が他にあります。ここ以外に空室が無い！という場合でない限りは利用すべきではありません。

Doorman or person on phone wouldn't let me and my partner in even though we had paid a deposit after I rang him to find iut how we get into the hostel. All i asked was if he spoke English. Horrible attitude and then wouldn't answer phone again. Don't go here so many nicer places on the same street.

Avoid this place at all costs! Just read the reviews and the way the owner responses to them!Booked on a 3rd party site and arrived at the property. No sign to be found, so I reached out to the owner via chat. He immediately started berating me, saying that he reached out to me multiple times

Amazing host! Super responsive and helpful ! I arrived very late at night, and received all the support I needed very quick. Great place and facilities! All you need for a comfy stay. Coming back for sure!

Приятный отзывчивый персонал. Очень близко (5-10 минут пешком) к основным достопримечательностей в Софии. Это хостел (с личными комнатами) неплохого уровня. Из недостатков: высокая слышимость внутри хостела, утром с улицы шум.

This is definitely the best Airbnb I've stayed at during my time in Sofia. Radoslav was very accommodating, providing me everything I needed during my stay. If there were any issues or questions, Radoslav responds in less than 10 minutes. Although he isn't in the Airbnb most of the time, when he is, he makes the experience much more enjoyable. He's sociable and very knowledgeable about different cultures, making it easier for other travelers to feel comfortable and right at home. The room I stayed in was perfect. It's very spacious, and the bed was large enough that it could fit 4 people. The bathrooms were also a very nice touch, as there were 4 of them, each having it's own shower and toilet. There is one room however, that stood out from the rest - it's called the Infinity Room. Definitely check it out if you ever stay here! Whether you're a solo traveler or a family of 4, this Airbnb location has everything you need to make your experience more than perfect.

One of the most terrible hostel I have ever been!From the entry It looked bad. When I entered the room, I wanted to run. Worn out and disqusting sheets. The bed was not even fully covered because the sheets were for a single bed instead of double.The bed was not comfy at all. Stains and dirt in the sheets I had to sleep with my towel around my head so I wouldn't touch it. The toilet were yellow and black. At the end of the stay the owner ask me to give 10 stars -.-.
