I've bought from CPAP store a few times now & I've found them easy to deal with, easy to find what I need. They are quick to send my purchases, usually via UPS so I can track my items all the way. Usually quickly delivered.I have no problems recommending them. Also when you buy from them, they give you purchase points which can be used to reduce the price of your next order. Can't complain at all. Good all round

Amazing service!Items ordered on Saturday (01/07). On Monday morning (03/07) there was a short communication from the company to ask me how I wanted them to proceed with an item that was on back order (by the way the item was shown as such on their website while I was placing the order). I replied that I wouldn’t mind receiving the back ordered item at a later stage when it becomes available.On Tuesday morning (04/07) 09:00, the items were delivered to my door, at the other end of the EU!!!Highly recommended company.

Owner was very responsive despite me panicking over customs and taxes, it took a long time but it was not their fault mostly the government and local DHL. I appreciate the prompt response. When I received the product it was working well and no damage thanks to the packaging. I wished DHL was more responsive, they waited for me to keep on following up before they worked on things. But the store is indeed a life-saver!!

Ordered a second cpap because the health insurance in Holland only covered one and we have 2 houses. . It arrived the day after I ordered it. Such good and fast service , would highly recommended !

Had ordered a CPAP Resmed elite with an integrated humidifier but unfortunately it was out of stock by the time payment was made. The sales team swifty reached out to me to offer a refund and also noted an alternative, to which I agreed and within minutes it was shipped arriving the very next day. The point was they didn't delay in notifying me about a possible refund, I didn't have to contact them and last but not least they didn't push me to wait for when it's in stock, the alternative was practically similar and within the budget. Very happy with the quality of service as well as the device packaging itself

Excellent service from CPAPStore. Thanks Dimitris and the team for your help. First there was a mistake in my order, CPAPStore was reactive, solved the issue and ship my order. Second I had some problem for the custom clearance in the country with DHL. I am leaving (Asia) and an import certificate was needed. CPAPStore gave me all the necessary information to process this clearance. the team was reactive and I could do the job. Finally I was able to receive the machine and everything is working well. I do recommend CPAPStore for the international shipping. Just be aware that you must follow up the shipper in advance to be sure that all the required documents are okay.
