The bookstore is rather small but there are some old books at a good price.

PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU GO TO THIS BOOKSTORE.I called to ask if they have a number of books I was looking for. The lady was really sweet and told me she is going to find all of the books I was looking for. She called me several times to tell me the status of the books which I appreciate. I fully trusted this business because it seemed like they care about their customers. Then her partner calls me to tell me I need to leave down payment. I ordered 10 books and the total they told me was 134 lv. I went to the store and left 70 lv down payment and picked up 3 of the books which they had in the store while the rest needed to be ordered. Then I received a text message that they had forgotten to add one of the books to the total and that this book is 33lv. Ok so far all fine. I am not nit picky and didn’t write down each book how much it costs as I fully trusted this seemingly great bookstore. Then I receive a call that for the remaining 7 books I owe 103 lv.I went to the store and picked up the rest of the books and paid the 103lv as i was told. Like I said didn’t question anything since I’m buying books for Christ’s sake….I went home only to find out:1. I see one of the books has a book cover cost of 17lv and yet they charged me 33lv. Online I saw that with delivery the highest you can pay for it is 22lv. So they up-charged me a ridiculous amount of money without telling me. I have no issues paying for their time but charging me without saying anything is just ridiculous. I can only imagine the up charge on the rest of the books.2. The total of all books when I calculated it was 152lv and they asked for 173lv. Once again -total rip off.3. One of the books is totally different from what I ordered. They didn’t say anything. I received close to 10 calls about the amount of money I need to pay but of course no call about the book they weren’t able to find.4. After I find out about the above mentioned facts, I called the bookstore and the lady’s partner was extremely rude and defensive. We spoke that they can at least compensate me with a few books for the ridiculous amount of money they wrongfully charged me. They told me to come by Monday only to find out that they have locked themselves inside and didn’t open the door.5. They didn’t give an official receipt. They gave me a hand written note for the down payment.One of the longest positive reviews on here is from Kremena Hristova. Just to tell you that this is the owner of the bookstore ;)Like I said before I have no issue paying someone for their services but to be lied to so blatantly and to chat in such a way is just unreal.
