Пътувах няколко пъти с тази фирма. Доволна съм! Коректно отношением получих. Препоръчвам!

Препоръчвам да не пътувате с тях до Гърция!Строшен автобус с който е опасно да се пътува и пътя е 3 дена път с камили мина през още сто места не е само София.В автобуса страшна мръсотия!

The service is so bad, there is no security on their destinations and the tickets you reserve with them. I should give extra 50 EUR and to do a reservation in the last moment for second bus as they declined the full trip to UK. If I didn't know French it would be impossible. Do not be surprised if one day 3 days before your trip they ring you and tell you the trip will not go to your final destination.There was no information at all between us, drivers and consultants in the office, you are even not informed what bus with what drivers and when to expect. I am so dissatisfied and do not recommend to anyone.Regarding the what there is in their international buses - not working WC, no music only Romanian one, even the drivers were Romanians and the whole bus was mainly with Bulgarians. The communication was bad, it was hard to know how much min we have for break. The temperature was not good all the time, it was cold during the night an sometimes even during the day, the drivers were with hats and jackets often. I became a translated to the group as they couldn't understand anything.

It's a bit messy and requires some maintenance and modernization. City like Plovdiv deserves better bus stations.

Отлично организация.

Last time the bus was really late, it was really old and even not the Union Ivkoni bus at all! It was very dirty inside, we drive more hours than needed, but at least there was an air conditioner.

Грубо отношение от персонала на автогара Юг и автогара Родопи!!!
