It was really terrible experience. Me and my boyfriend looking for engagement ring , but the personal tell us go away and come back when we will buy it!!!!!!!I hope the owner will do something, because it’s not only about money and ring. It wasn’t cheap one. White gold with diamonds, and the personal asking us to go away, and come back with money?!?!??? How that girl can even know that we wouldn’t buy it?. So, i will newer come back again. I have never saw something like this.And also, staff can’t speak English, only RUSSIAN, ignoring any my question about size etc.

We were very disappointed during the visit of this store. My girlfriend will have a birthday soon and we came to this shop to choice a ring for her, we just watched which type and price they have etc. But after a few questions and trying some rings, the seller ask ‘do you buy the ring or not?’ we answered that we look what will be good for us and will buy it later. her answer was like do not spend my time and come to the shop when you will have money and will be ready buy it right now. it was so bad experience for us, our mood down on all day. If you not ready buy a ring right now and want looking of rings contain that shop, will be better avoid this place.We definitely won't be buying a ring here, I get that my 1000-2000€ it not big money for that shop, but I n my opinion it is very not polite.
