Прекрасен хотел. Стаята ни беше чиста, просторна и уютна. Впечатлени сме от супер любезния персонал. Рядко се среща такъв професионализъм. Ще ви посетим отново.

Много добре поддържана база,хигиената е на ниво,всеки ден почистваха и подреждаха стаята ни.Закуската е обилна,разнообразна и вкусна,особено омлетите и палачинките.Навсякъде персонала беше изключително любезен!Много сме доволни и от жената в детския кът,мила и усмихната.Детето ни с удоволствие ходеше при нея да си играе.Единственото нещо ,което мога да отбележа като минус са мебелите в стаите ,за 5 звезден хотел бива да са по съвременни и удобни.Всичко друго е на ниво!Препоръчвам :)

Amazing experience thanks to the kindest staff! Really cannot emphasize enough how kind, helpful and nice the staff working in this hotel are. The rooms were clean and very spacious, the view was amazing. The breakfast was always fresh, offered huge variety, and was delicious. The SPA area is small, but don’t hesitate to treat yourself to a massage from the very experienced and professional masseurs. 10/10

Kind and friendly staff, starting from reception, housekeeping and spa. Free parking space in front of the hotel.The food at Hotel Restaurant Dionyssos was great.Rooms and toilets are clean. The bed was a big disappointment - very hard and uncomfortable mattress.

Lovely hotel, really friendly staff, room has everything you need however the lighting needs completely re doing, food was yummy and inviting after a busy day skiing. Slept really well, comfy bed, room had a beautiful view of the mountains. Mini bus to gondola is useful! Otherwise an easy 10-15 min walk to the town/gondola.Only negative was the spa, it was the least relaxing spa we have EVER been too, full of children screaming and running around, jumping in and out of the hot tubs and generally causing chaos on every occasion we visited. Easier to relax in our room which was a shame.I also had a massage and on leaving I was asked to sit and complete a 8 page feedback form, when I said I would rather not right now, the lady asked me to wait, quickly completed it for me, putting 5 star for everything and asked me to sign… not sure that’s the point, if you would like feedback I would much prefer for it to be emailed for me to complete in my own time and in private with my genuine feedback.Overall if no need for use of the spa it’s the ideal hotel.

5* for cleanliness and for staff being friendly and helpful.Pillows were uncomfortable so we asked for extra at reception and they sent them up immediately.Food was good for buffet type food. Would definitely recommend.

Хотела е бил 5 звезди преди доста време сега са останали едва 3 звезди .Само цените са повече от 5 звезди 8 лева 250 мл. Фанта.Душа в банята беше счупен .Телевизора с ужасна картина.Терасата 1 квадратен метър и отгоре на всичко бяха сложили и климатик там та като седнеш освен да ти е тясно пък и да ти вее.Също трябва да се внимава с външния басейн вътре има стъпала с много остри ъгли и ръбове ,на голо много боли.Та това с тези 5 звезди е като да си купиш нов автомобил и след 10 години още да си мислиш ,че караш нова кола.Има и все пак хубави неща .1 много любезен персонал2 локацията до гората3 просторни стаи

Единственото хубаво на хотела беше любезния персонал! Удобството в стаите е под всякаква критика. Храната беше ужасна. Никога повече не бихме го посетили!

Hotel was OK, not 5 star feel at all, they might have the facilities to be called a 5 star" hotel but not that luxury feel as they advertise.Hotel is outdated (photos do not depict the accutal condition)Our room had a leak in the ceiling

The hotel looks old and dirty. You have mugs in the room to make yourself coffee or tea but those mugs aren’t removed by cleaners once used. The cleaning of the rooms during the stay it’s extremely poor. The buffet at the restaurant could do with fresher food and if you want to take your coffee to the room you are not allowed. The dinner does not have drinks included (not even a glass of water). We needed an extra glass in the room and when asking the reception we were questioned as to what do we need the glass for. The staff if rude and unprofessional. The jacuzzi is dirty and the water seems to have never been changed. The pool area is very dated and dirty. This is most certainly not a 5 star hotel and that should be rectified.
