We had a wonderful stay at the chalet. It’s home from home and is close to the thermal pools and a wonderful traditional restaurant where they cook on an open fire. It is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. An excellent property.

They are prompt, professional and proactive, anticipating problems before we even think about them. A great company and a benefit to the Bansko rental scene. We would highly recommend them.

Our 'Beloved BAMRO' They have been efficiently managing my apartments in Bansko for many years and in addition to the day to day management they have organized planning permission, architects and building works. Brilliant company, can't recommend highly enough.
