Ужасно обслужване, виновни сме с нещо на дамата. Не знам за какво са керамичните чаши, всъшност с нашето кафе си направи и за нея в керамична- затова били.. нищо, че нашето се разреди, нали ще има и за нея! Коста кафе летище Варна!

I do not want to complain about latte having half cap of foam, but this absolutely amazing guy took 50.00 on 27.00 bill and disappeared into making coffee without providing change. When I mentioned no change to the second worker they were pleasantly giggling. What a great service, making bad name for Costa Coffee that is usually amazing!

Service is a disaster, barista has no will to live. Coffee was fine, as you can't really mess up a coffee from a good coffee machine, but service should be higher level.

I went to the store, looked at the reviews. It was the same staff member shown below so I decided not to be served. I will learn from others. Be warned this coffee is quadruple the price as anywhere else.

Awful service. It doesn't matter what the customer wants, but what the barista" wants to prepare for you. I ordered a decaf and guess what I got !?"

Nice Costa Coffee within Varna Airport. It is only for passengers that are checked-in and through customs.The friendly staff even walked with me to bring the coffee to our table.All the pastry and snacks looked crisp and fresh, the tiramisu that we had was indeed quite tastefull.Also, for a small airport, it is great that you can get a good cup of coffee.

Apauling! Refused to refill our water bottle with tap water.... we live in the world of plastic pollution and global warming, yet costa coffee is refusing to support the efforts of using less plastic! Shame on you costa coffee!
