Excellent service. Recently sold my plot through Blackseavillas and they took care of everything for me. They kept everything straightforward for me and in the end made everything much less stressful than what I had imagined it would be since I don’t live in the country and didn’t know where to start!

I spoke to Emma during lock down as I found my house and land through rightmove. Emma is very good at explaining the transition when purchasing to the end of completing. I paid for mine on a monthly purchase and trusted Emma so much that I bought in 2020 and didn’t see the house till last September. It was exactly what it said on the tin.I’ve just come over for 10 days to complete the notary, Martin is a legend!!! Very chilled, solicitor which Black Sea uses cracks me up, walks in and says give me 10 lev and papers go through, lol. Bank accounts sorted, I can now stay in Bulgaria for 6 months a year with a quick crossing to Romania to get another visa.Can’t fault, been fantastic, thankyou so much both of you, looking forward to my future here.Ashley hughes

Thank you guys for your help from start to finish with helping me get my perfect cottage. Velina went above and beyond showing me houses and also showing me more of the local area so I could make sure I picked the right place for me. Geri and Martin in the office handled all the paperwork which made everything so much more stress free. Really looking forward to coming back in August to organise some works to the place and have already met some other expats in the village!
