A few minutes before five I called in to get some answers to my queries. I would like to start with the fact that It was super hard to connect them. The first phone number which I called (ending with 60) was telling me nothing but repeating the options I can choose even when I chose. Then I called the one which ends with 61 and the woman who picked up just asked me if I can ask my question directly without any good afternoon or even a hi. I blocked for a bit, since this was everything but not the reaction I was expecting, so it took me a few seconds until I was ready again to ask. In the moment I wanted to start, she just told me vehemently that if I don't know what to ask, I should find it out and call them a half hour later. I told her kindly that I already know my questions, I just felt I should give some background information about my situation so it will be easy to answer me. She started to complain that she is dealing with something else and she doesn't have time for this, If I want to get information for visas... here I stopped her and told her that my questions are related to a marriage topic. At this point she got more aggressive and informed me brusquely that she doesn't have time for this at all. If I want I can call them on Monday? MONDAY? When today it's only Wednesday?I was so disappointed, angry and speechless that I just hanged up the phone without saying anything.What kind of behaviour is this from an official person working in an embassy? Is this the way how people should be threaten when they call in to get an information? I cannot even understand why is someone like her responsible for the incoming calls... someone who doesn't have time at all for answering the questions.Fun fact: my fiancé called a half hour later and NO ONE bothered to pick up the phone even it was in their working hours. Oh, thank you very much for the shaking off" advice. Congratulations

Аз такъв темерут като този дядка там не съм срещала.... Вече за 5ти път ни връща. Казва едно, после друго. Иска едни документи, после казва не съм казал такова нещо. Ама писна ми от този ненормалник.

Безкрайно съм недоволна от отношението на хората работещи в консулския отдел . Груби и невъзпитани .

Askerlik tecil işlemleri için gelmiştim ve bana Şenar hanımefendi çok yardımcı oldu. Keşke bütün konsolosluklardaki çalışanlar böyle yardımcı ve açık olsa. Çok yardımcı oldu sağolsun tekrardan çok teşekkür ediyorum işimi 1 saatte halletti.
