We had a very pleasant rental expierience today. The friendly staff greeted us nice and processed our rent while having a nice chat in perfect english. Would absolutely rent again with them.

I leave one star because I can't rate it lower. We just arrived to get the rented car that we pre-ordered and the staff member in charge was very very VERY disrespectful, forcing us to sign the papers avoiding to answer our questions, treating us like we didn't understand english, etc. Disgusting.
