ANTEA HOTEL SOZOPOL

This could be a great place, but some things are wanting.The Antea is right at the sea and very close to the city beach. But parking is an issue.The suites are very nice with a view to the sea, but the construction quality is shoddy, especially the bathrooms are incompetently renovated.The hotel restaurant has a nice terrace but offers no a la carte food for dinner but a buffet (you read that right).So much potential here, yet not fully realized. Still: a good place, and to be honest: Sozopol does not have that many.

Great location in Sozopol New city part but also with easy access to the Old Town, the beach, and the center. The hotel is newly renovated and renamed /old Coral/. The apartment we were in was spacious, clean, and with an amazing sea view. The room with the sea view could get a bit noisy as the music from the beach bars echoes. But that was not a problem for us. There is a minibar stoked every day with some free drinks. The cleaning ladies were very considerate and all the staff was polite and helpful. The wifi connection was poor, but they said they are working on improving it. The parking was almost impossible. Only several parking spaces are available to the guests of the hotel and no prebooking. There is a paid parking nearby but in high demand as well. The hotel restaurant was working only for breakfast and dinner. We had only breakfast included, but honestly, I didn't try it. There are so many options to eat in Sozopol. All in all, it was a lovely stay. We will return again.

The hotel is amazing!Located on a cliff in between two beaches, it has a spectacular view and is near the city center.The service was on a very high level; rooms were clean and tidy (not to mention the view from the balcony). The restaurant offers a variety of fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables at breakfast and there is always seafood and many more at dinner.The only downside is that the loud music from the beach bars can't be prevented until the early hours in the morning.

Не съм посетител на хотела, а бих желала. Но тъй като сме с куче и въпреки, че в booking com от хотела са обявили, че приемат домашни любимци, това се оказа невъзможно. Просто никъде НЕ е отбелязано, че НЕ приемат кучета над 5 кг.Не заблуждавайте, моля! Това не е pet friendly!

It is honestly kind of a joke.There is no parking availability 90% of the time… even tho people would park on 3 parking spots.Furthermore the room doesn’t smell fresh at all and the mini bar (which is included in the price so proudly ) is empty.Staff is ultra confused and on occasion would ask you to do chores by yourself .Overall for a 4 star hotel it is a disaster and for a 3 star hotel it would be below average.Quite sad that someone invested quite a few bucks to make something. I don’t think it’s worth the money or the stress you have to endure before you can sleep there ✨

Hotel was just opened on 1st July and everything was brand new. The experience with the hotel personnel was very great, city view room was quite big, but sea view room was unbelievable to watch sunset every night. Renovations and all this things are in progress but not big deal. They don't have enough cars parking places in front of the hotel but they arrange if is necessary nearby on public parking area for free.Overall the food was tasty and highly recommended this hotel.
