Beautifully erected in the year 2000, this statue is amazing and even has a light shined on it for better display in the late evening early morning hours.

Very beautiful and schenic

It’s been a while since I last saw the monument. From memory, last time was in 2014. If I recall correctly, the monument symbolises justice for all. I may be wrong. Anyway, worth a visit, then wander through the centre to people watch! Worth a visit.

Meant to become a symbol of the city, this relatively recent monument is unfortunately unattractive. Beauty being in the eye of the beholder, some might be in favor. Because of its very central location, you won't have to look for it. It'll find a way into one, or several, of your pictures.

A very beautiful monument in Sofia.

The statue of the Sofia is one of the symbols of the city. It is located in the center of Sofia and near it are the ministerial council, the president's, Balkan hotel, the church Sveta Nedelya and other important administrative buildings. Right next to it there is a metro stop which is easy to reach almost every point of Sofia. Nearby is also the iconic Vitosha Street, suitable for walking and relaxation, as well as a drink or a meal in the numerous bars and restaurants. Overall I recommend visiting
