Very confusing and complicated procedure for money exchange.

Poor service! I’m not sure from where to start:1. In Google maps doesn’t appear that the bank have a lunch break. From 12.00 -13.00 (there is no where in European country that any bank would have a lunch break.) - let’s say this was ok. Whilst I wait armorer cash transport car arrived to do their job in the bank -understandable, they finished they business 12:55 the door was locked after them and as clients we became 6 people waiting outside in hot weather anyway the bank was open 13:05 two along people (Russian) was in front of me, me and there other people.. only 4 of us were allowed to enter the bank (understandable- COVID and is small bank).There was two ladies-bank worker (one of them .. was to “busy” to pay attention to the customers and fully ignore us).. the other called Russia people they want to exchange the money .. I have to wait another 5-10 min until the lady who is obviously working finished with them since they finished she sent them to the cashier lady called Zlatina to finish what needs to be done, then was me, I was told that I’m in the wrong place and have to wait for the cashier which I wasn’t told in first or any instance.. and you could imagine I wait another 5 min where Zlatina was unacceptable rude just because I disturbed her “business”..it is unacceptable in EU country bank to provide this sort of service!!!!
