Изключително любезен и отзивчив. Държа се с мен много професионално, а не надменно и с насмешка както правят във всички сервизи с жените.Предложи ми два варианта за ремонта. След това ми показа коя част е сменена, а колата е пушка. Препоръчвам с две ръце!

Exceptionally nice, skillful, honest and precise mechanic - that's bate Rafi, the sole worker and owner of this repair shop.I found his shop by chance one day. It was a Saturday and I urgently needed my car's exhaust pipe repaired, so me and my family could travel safely and comfortably to the seaside the same day. I've visited a couple of repair shops already and they had turned me down. Needless to say, I was starting to get nervous. The chance to find a mechanic to fix my car on a Saturday was getting lower as the day progressed. It seemed we would have to postpone the trip for the next day or even to leave on Monday. My wife and daughter would be less than happy, I imagined.I was driving to some distant place, I was pointed to by the guy in the last shop, as I saw this sculpture - human figure, made of exhaust pipes.That's how I found it.It's a small shop. The owner is the sole worker there. So he checked my car and told me what part had to be replaced, suggesting two options for the spare parts - one almost twice the price of the other. I asked what the difference was like - durability, noise, safety and so on. He told me there was almost none. So I got the cheeper one and then he fixed it. Now, I didn't exactly watch him closely, but it seemed like a precise and skillful fix at the end.And, I mean, it was very obvious that I was in a hurry and that I was not exactly an exhaust system expert. I mean, he could have sold me the expensive part and even at twice its price and I would've been very satisfied still. But he didn't.Skillful and honest mechanic indeed. The kind that is so very rarely found these days.
