Bad service with car return in Burgas Airport. We came on Saturday. There were no issues to pick up a car. We called company and in ~10 min they arrived to an airport with our rented car. We specifically talked about car return, that we will return on next Saturday 9AM. No issues were raised due to date or timing. When we came to return a car, office was closed, nobody was answering calls. Didn't know what to do... waited 30 minutes. As we were afraid to miss our flight, my husband drove me and kids with all luggage to an airport, and then he drove back to rental office, left a car and returned on foot to airport. Walk took ~20 min. and definitely not suitable for kids and all luggage.

Най комфортното пътуване което сме имали досега , колата беше супер удобна , бърза , чисто вътре , отношение, любезност от хората които ни дадоха колата , не усетихме как минахме 400 км разстояние . Foglalás nélkül nem éri meg odamenni, mert könnyen lehet hogy órákat kell várni, illetve naponta változhatnak az árak. Ezenfelül megbízható cég, jó állapotú autók, és korrekt személyzet.

They didn't check our car at all before handing it over. The air conditioning didn't work, the windshield was all dirty from the inside, the wipers didn't work. Low level service, very oily attitude towards the customer. We weren’t dropped off at the airport

We came from United States. An excellent car rental company. They made it very easy and simple. Highly recommend for use for foreigners or anyone visiting this beautiful country!We used the services both in Sofia and Burgas.

Auto nowiutkie i wszystko by było ok ale pierwszy raz spotkałem się z tym że nie mogłem kaucji zapłacić kartą bankowa która płaciłem za wynajem auta tylko musi być to karta kredytowa latamy po świecie i nigdy nie miałem takiego problemu tydzień wcześniej w innej wypożyczalni nie miałem takiego problemu też w burgas a tu musiałem zapłacić za ubezpieczenie dodatkowe więcej niż za wypożyczenie auta bo zła karta nie kredytowa

Perfect access, easy picking up of the vehicle, as well as parking the vehicle. Very pleasant staff. The car had everything we expected and booked. Free transfer from Burgas airport and to the airport from the office. Thank you. Martin Streicher
