Raw To Go is the only place in Sofia where I would gladly eat every day. Fresh, quality raw food, prepared with care and attention and blended in great taste combinations. It's also a place where you can share a yerbamate with friends or have a spontaneous conversation with someone new.The atmosphere is cozy and can be both lively and quiet. The music always somehow seems to match the rhythm of (your) day, and the whole experience just leaves you staying for longer than expected.The people working there have a lot to share and give, and they are doing it both through the food they prepare and the atmosphere they create.P.S. Place is perfect for a late-morning breakfast, fresh lunch, afternoon snack or an early dinner. They also have raw cakes, smoothies, and an awesome hot chocolate that you should really consider trying.

The raw cake with scent of mint was an amazing experience for my taste. I was very much amazed by the variety of vegetarian food and raw deserts as well. I definitely recommend this restaurant for brunch with friends or with the family.

RAW TO GO is a great place if you are looking for fresh & vegan food in Sofia. We had a champignon soup, zucchini tagliatelle, mate tea and a lot of cake :) The food was as fresh as possible and really tasty. The host is a great personality and explained us in detail how the dishes are prepared. Highly recommend this location if you are looking for fresh food and a nice chat in Sofia!

Gourmet, raw food only authentic recipes combined with urban, upbeat, classy and yet friendly and fun attitude. One of the best places to have quality wine in Sofia and learn about Mate culture.

It's one of my favourite places in Sofia. Some of the people who work there I've known from before and from other places, and others I met in Raw to Go, but it's not because these people are friends - I think the place is amazing! The quality of the ingredients used is high, and they are combined simply (which requires it's own knowledge and skill) and other times imaginatively to create some great recipes, using the fruits and vegetables in season with a few more exotic spices and ingredients also. Watching them and what's available in the restaurant has really influenced how I prepare my food at home, and this is something I cannot say about many restaurants.And the prices are very reasonable and affordable for what's offered.It's not just the food though. You can sense the food is prepared with love and attention, but it's really a gesture of the atmosphere of the place which is one of friendship. The small size and the way the tables and seats are arranged means it's very easy to meet and start conversation with people, and the people you meet are normally very open to talk. This is something I find is almost unique of the places and cafes I've visited in Sofia.And also the mate. There is a great selection as the owners are very knowledgeable, and if you don't know what it is, ask what's is about. I have found learning about learning how it is drank in a traditional way and all the various accoutrements of the process very interesting :)
