I booked a car for 9 am being here since 8.15No one around but it should of been open at 8Now is 9.15 and not a soul .If this is a corporate store change the manager if it's franchise please take it away .This people give you a terrible reputation .I am an Enterprise gold member but I will never rent a car from the company in Sofia as long as is run this way

Fraudsters! Rent at your own risk. Hired a car for 5 days but returned it after 2. They refused to reimburse the difference. Filing a complaint with the Ministry of Tourism. Certainly doesn't help the country's ability to attract more tourists.Update: I did finally get reimbursed for the overcharge. Hopefully there were personnel consequences.

We had a really nice experience. We had some trouble with our booking company and Enterprise helped us amazing. It took some time but for that waiting time we got an allowance. The employees were patience and helpful. Thanks so much!

Almost all aspects of the car rental service were sub-standard and deeply disappointing. I will list the main issues:1. I booked a large sedan (Octavia class) and got a Suzuki S-cross which iד definitely not the same level of quality and size. It is smaller in terms of trunk space and leg room. It is much less comfortable. I wouldn't have closed the deal if I knew this prior to the reservation.2. I checked-in online to cut the waiting short due to the fact I was with my 1-year old son. I provided all details beforehand and yet - I waited for about half an hour for a single customer to be finished (I was second in line). The online check-in had zero effect and the service at the counter was super slow.3. They brought a suitable chair (in terms of size) but it was sub-standard in all that concerns safety. My car-chair back home is NASA-level compared to the wobbly piece of cheap plastic provided. If I had an accident, god forbid, this chair would not have protected my son even the slightest. It wasn't installed as well. The service men told me it is my responsibility. I need to waste time on finding out how it connects in a middle of a car park with all my baggage? does that make any sense to you? it's ok to put the responsibility eventually on me, but please - installing it is the least you can do.4. I paid extra for GPS. The GPS was as old as Pentium 1 PC. It didn't recognize correctly my position, it gave me the wrong directions and made me turn the wrong way. I turned it off after 10 minutes of use.

We had the best customer service when we rented a car from Alamo/Enterprise last month! Mariela went absolutely above and beyond in helping us! We missed a connecting flight, putting us in Sofia very late at night, hours past their closing time. Mariela offered to come back just to give us the car (for a very reasonable fee). Then we found out our luggage, including our baby car seat, was lost in transit. Again Mariela went above and beyond to find us a car seat, including working with her colleagues from all the other car agencies. We needed to return the car seat after their closing time, and again Mariela arranged all the details and made it incredibly easy. Everything else with the car rental also on point. THANK YOU Mariela for all your kindness and help especially in an already challenging situation!!

It was an amazing experience visiting Bulgaria for a ski trip and enterprise company gave me one of the newest cars they have with a nice price, the staff are really helpful and they have very quick service. Thank you guys

Our experience with Entreprise Bulgaria was great: competitive price, friendly service, always returned phone calls, also people gave us a bigger car without increasing the price. Handing over the car was easy, there were no unpleasant surprises and the deposit was returned quickly. Will use again.

Excellent service and amazing guys. I've received bigger car for free and the guy from the desk broth me to the car, same think happened when I drop off the car. They checked my vehicle immediately and my deposit was unblocked in the same moment.Highly recommend!
