Rude employee with 0 customer service training, I was promised a 2015 car and given a 2010 instead, returned the car on time but the car rental office was closed(most of the time closed by the way) we had to wait outside and call the guy to open for us and we had to wait for an hour outside and the employee had an attitude all the time instead of being friendly and apologizing for having us wait in the cold to receive our money deposit back. Avoid this rental shop

Rented an over priced car for the week: €180 - got a text about an increase after agreeing €150 and paying a deposit - when rented decent cars from Sofia I normally pay much less for the week. I was told all cars were new. This must have been 15 years old... had personal possessions in the car... no power steering... air condition pumped out hot air... one window didn't open... etc. Never using them again.

You should definitely avoid this place. We booked a car for rental weeks in advance, but when we arrived there was no car for us. No solution offered, not even apologizes. They assured us there will be a car for us the day after, but when we arrived there was still no car, and the same nonchalant attitude. The manager and employees do not communicate between them and are not trustworthy.

Из-за пандемии прокат закрыт,но позвонив по телефону меня направили в хорошую контору.Все сидят на удаленке. Надо звонить.
