Very entertaining experience with delicious food & emphasis on the show of the cook.Ingredients were top-notch, restaurant was clean with great service.Sushi fish was very fresh, and the black Angus meat was the best meat I've ever tasted in the world.(this review is regarding our visit in January 2019, but better late then nothing :))

Fantastic place, service and food. Had a reservation for 2. From welcome to the end the service was amazing. We had 2 types of sushi, 2 types of noodles, gyoza set as well as deserts which were surprisingly amazing. We observed the tepanyaki chef as well which was fun.The environment is also very good as for my taste, dim light, silent music and not big or crowded. I will go again next time in Bansko.

A nice little place inside the hotel. The food was of good quality and tasty. The portions were also decent sized. Service was very good and the waitresses were very attending. I feel the prices however are a bit on the high end for what's on offer. Overall a good experience. Would recommend.

A little bit pretentious from my POV. However, my girlfriend found the food very delicious. I didn't. The service is good. Overall too expensive for this quality.
