Апартмънт хаус Изток

Iztok are gated Luxury Apartments located in one of the nicest and most quiet neighborhoods of Sofia. It’s quite, clean and safe. There are several ATM machines, bus lines and two large taxi spots, metro station, grocery store, Cleaners, coffee shops just 2 to 3 city block walk. There are many good restaurants, bars and stores nearby as well.My review is based on Apartment 5. I did look at Apartment 7 and that Apartment looked very good but it’s on the 2nd floor, I prefer the 1st floor for easy access getting out the door.The room was very quiet, clean and had a good air conditioning unit. The queen size bed was very comfortable and soft. The bathroom was clean and had great water pressure. The Apartment had a convenient sitting room with a cable-connected TV and a fast and stable wireless internet connection. Clean kitchen with all the necessary appliances (Refrigerator, Microwave, Oven, Stove, Coffee Pot) and everything you need to prepare food and drinks (plates, silverware, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, detergents, towels, etc.)One of the best features I liked about the Apartment is the large patio overlooking a manicured green space garden with a water fountain. This garden offered trees and bushes for privacy. As you can see in the picture, there are these large yellow sitting chairs at the kitchen table where I did most of my work on my computer. These chairs are very comfortable.Please note that these are Apartments so there is no “Front Desk’ Clerk. For me this worked better. It felt like home, not a hotel and I did not need a Clerk. They have a security on the grounds and often in the lobby of the building at night. You can call your host any time for any questions, they are very friendly and responsive.If you need maid service you need to coordinate with the host. Favorite things: Large patio, privacy, very quiet, refrigerator, soft bed, soft sitting chairs, fast and stable internet, water pressure.
